VGCC Vanguards sign Bailey

Vance-Granville Community College recently signed William Bailey of Shelby as a recruit to join the Vanguards men’s basketball team this fall.

Bailey (6’) played guard as a member of the Crest High School Chargers before graduating in 2013.
