VGCC Franklin Campus Offers Crochet Class

A Crochet course for beginners will be taught at Vance-Granville Community College’s Franklin County Campus, starting Sept. 16. Classes will be held on the campus, located on N.C. 56 about one mile west of Louisburg, Tuesdays from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., through Nov. 4.

Students will be able to use what they learn in class to create accessories such as jewelry, clothes, stuffed animals and handbags for friends, family or themselves. Stephanie Stevens will serve as the instructor.

The cost of the class is $50, plus the cost of supplies.
