VGCC Franklin Campus holds grand opening for Cosmetology lab

Vance-Granville Community College’s Franklin County Campus will hold a grand opening for its newly remodeled Cosmetology department on Monday, July 13 from 9 a.m. until noon. The Cosmetology lab is located in Building 1 on the campus, which is located on N. C. 56 about one mile west of Louisburg.

Members of the general public can find out how they can be “pampered” with the Cosmetology salon’s new equipment. As part of their education, VGCC Cosmetology students serve customers in the simulated salon environment. The salon is typically open from 9:15 until 11 a.m., Tuesday through Friday, and from 5 until 6:30 p.m., Tuesday and Wednesday.
