VGCC Day Care Center honors Moms

The Day Care Center on Vance-Granville Community College’s Main Campus recently celebrated all the mothers of children enrolled at the center with a special Mother’s Day breakfast. In addition to enjoying the continental breakfast with their special guests, each child created a “portrait” of his or her mom, and all the pictures were on display. Each young student also presented his or her mother with a special handcrafted gift. There were about 40 moms and 40 children in attendance.
