Registration for VGCC Summer term begins

Summer curriculum classes at Vance-Granville Community College begin on May 21, and students can begin registration in April. The summer course schedule is now available on VGCC’s web site by clicking on “ Schedules ” and then “Summer 2012 Course Schedule.” New students must first apply for admission before registering.

 

Returning students can register online or at VGCC’s four campuses , starting on Monday, April 23. However, only those students who are closer to graduating (having earned 30 or more total credit hours) will be able to register on April 23. On Tuesday, April 24, returning students who have earned 12 or more total credit hours may register. Registration will be open to all new and returning students on Wednesday, April 25 and Thursday, April 26, and later on Wednesday, May 16 and Thursday, May 17. Hours for in-person registration are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Students also have the option of registering for classes online through the WebAdvisor system from the start of registration through Thursday, May 17.

 

Students may pay, verify payment or charge tuition and fees online through WebAdvisor (by Visa or MasterCard) or in person at the VGCC Business Office on Main Campus (or at the campus where they are enrolled) on the same days as registration. The Main Campus Business Office hours of operation during registration are 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Monday-Thursday, and 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. on Fridays. The payment deadline is Thursday, May 17 at 5 p.m. if paying in person, or at midnight if paying through WebAdvisor.
