VGCC to offer Enrollment Day on Nov. 17

Dr. Richard “Dick” Taylor of Oxford has endowed a new scholarship at Vance-Granville Community College in memory of his parents, the late Dr. Rives Williams Taylor, Sr., and Martha “Patty” Lewis Taylor.
