VGCC to offer Enrollment Day on Nov. 17

Vance-Granville Community College will hold “Enrollment Day” on Thursday, Nov. 17, from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m., at all four of its campuses. Retired local doctor establishes VGCC Scholarship in memory of his parents

Dr. Richard “Dick” Taylor of Oxford has endowed a new scholarship at Vance-Granville Community College in memory of his parents, the late Dr. Rives Williams Taylor, Sr., and Martha “Patty” Lewis Taylor.
