Glen Raven Begins Fourth Presidential Scholar Award

Raleigh Company Submits Low Bid For VGCC Warren Campus Building

Vance-Granville Community College has accepted the low bid by Engineered Construction Co. of Raleigh to build a new classroom building at the college’s Warren County Campus. Engineered Construction’s single prime bid of $1,742,160 was low among eight construction companies who bid on erecting the 15,212 square-foot building at the campus on Ridgeway Street in Warrenton.  Read More

Record 287 Students Get Grants At VGCC Scholarship Ceremony

 The records keep on falling at Vance-Granville Community College. A record 287 scholarships were awarded to full-time students at the annual Scholarship Awards Day Sept. 24. In addition, 200 part-time students have received scholarships valued at $300 each from the college’s Endowment Fund and Scholarship Program.
