Royster retires from VGCC endowment board

T.S. “Sam” Royster, Jr., of Oxford recently retired from the Vance-Granville Community College Endowment Fund Board of Directors. Royster has served on the board since 1998. Frigi-Temp partners with VGCC on apprenticeship

Youngsville-based Frigi-Temp recently agreed to join forces with Vance-Granville Community College on an apprenticeship initiative.
