Registration going on now for VGCC Main Campus Earth Day Run/Walk

Vance-Granville Community College is inviting students, faculty, staff and members of the community to promote both healthier living and a healthier planet by participating in the third annual Earth Day 5K Fun Run/Walk.

 

The event is part of the college’s celebration of Earth Day, to be held on Tuesday, April 22,on the college’s Main Campus in Vance County. The 5K (approximately 3.1 mile) run/walk is scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. and allows participants to enjoy VGCC’s picturesque campus. The route was planned by VGCC Health/P.E. instructor Pam DeZurik.

 

There is no charge to participate.
