Nurse Assistant Class Scheduled At VGCC South Campus March 4

The next Nursing Assistant I course at Vance-Granville Community College’s South Campus will begin March 4 and run to May 9.

This will be an evening course, with classes from 5 to 9 p.m., Monday-Thursday. Registration for the course will be held at 4 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 25, at the campus on N.C. 56 between Butner and Creedmoor.

Julie Capriola, VGCC director of Nursing Assistant training, said jobs are plentiful for graduates of the course at nursing homes, hospitals, clinics and doctors’ offices in the area.
