VGCC Offers Floral Arrangements course

Vance-Granville Community College will offer a course in Floral Arrangements on Thursday evenings, starting in mid-March, from 6:30 until 9:30 p.m. on the college’s main campus in Vance County.

The instructor for the class, Connie Roberson, will teach students how to tie attractive bows and prepare a bud vase with two or three flowers in it. Other tips will include how to make a corsage and how to make a “rose” with just some ribbon and a stapler.

The cost of the course is $55, plus a $2 campus access fee.
