VGCC offers Seminar on Legal structures for Small Businesses

Vance-Granville Community College’s Small Business Center will offer a free seminar, entitled “Entities of a Small Business,” from 1 until 4 p.m. on Thursday, March 5 in room 7107 of Building 7 on the college’s main campus in Vance County.

The seminar, led by Harry Ponder of Asheville, will help owners of existing or potential businesses understand the different entities or legal structures of a small business. Participants can use the information to help them decide which structure might be the best for their business and which would offer disadvantages.

VGCC Small Business Center Director Diane Finch advised that space is limited for this free seminar. To reserve a seat, pre-register by calling the Small Business Center at (252) 492-2061, ext. 3275 or ext. 3240.
