VGCC Offers Free Seminar On Getting Money For Business
Having a good business idea is one thing; getting it funded is quite another.
Vance-Granville Community College will present a free seminar, “How To Get Money For Your Small Business,” on Thursday, Feb. 3, to help potential entrepreneurs understand ways to fund their business start-ups. The class will be held from 6 to 9 p.m., in Building 7, Room, 7107, on the VGCC main campus in Vance County.
The instructor, George Millsaps, will provide information on what to put in and what to leave out of a business plan in order to get financing. He will discuss funding sources and what to do if the bank turns down an application.
For more information and to pre-register, call the VGCC Small Business Center at (252) 738-3240 or (252) 738-3239.
