Registration ongoing for VGCC Earth Day Run/Walk

Vance-Granville Community College is inviting students, faculty, staff and members of the community to promote both healthier living and a healthier planet by participating in the second annual Earth Day 5K Fun Run/Walk.

 

The event is part of the college’s celebration of Earth Day , to be held on Monday, April 22 on the college’s Main Campus in Vance County. The 5K (approximately 3.1 mile) run/walk is scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. and allows participants to enjoy VGCC’s picturesque campus. The route was planned by VGCC Health/P.E. instructor Pam DeZurik.

 

There is no charge to participate.
