Free VGCC Seminar To Help Understanding of Business Plan

Vance-Granville Community College’s Small Business Center will present a free seminar on Thursday, April 20, entitled “What You Really Need in a Business Plan.”

Mike Collins, president of The Perfect Workday Company, will lead the seminar, to be held from 6 to 9 p.m. in Building 7, Room 7107, on VGCC’s main campus in Vance County.

Collins, who has led numerous seminars at VGCC, said, “Your business plan will take you somewhere; you might as well plan where that will be!” He will help seminar participants prepare for the unexpected and let them know what they really need in a plan to keep the business on track and to attract capital.

Diane Finch, Small Business Center director, promises attendees will get much more than textbook procedures from the lively session with Collins.
